PORTO ALEGRE - April 23, 2015- The long-awaited 8th album from Brazilian blues band, Fernando Noronha & Black Soul ‘’Time Keeps Rolling” represents a new moment in the career of the band. This body of work brings a mix of American roots music such as folk, country, soul and traditional blues characterized by lead guitarist, Noronha. The 13-track CD was released on Thursday, the 23rd of April in Porto Alegre, Brazil. This show also celebrated a mark of playing together for 20 years and a new partnership with Austin, Texas-based record label, Worldhaus Music.

With over 250 people in attendance and live TV coverage by TVCOM reporting the event on air with reporter Lucio Brancato, it was a true success. After a presentation of a video made by friends from all over the world who have worked with the band these last 20 years, Fernando Noronha & Black Soul took the stage as their own and held the audience captive from the first note to the last. Ripping guitar solos and vocals by Fernando Noronha, followed in tandem by Luciano Leães’ screaming B3 Hammond and piano sounds soaring above the crowd, all held down by rock-solid bassist Edu Meirelles and groovemaster
drummer Ronie Martinez. It was a special night of celebrations, memories and strong emotions.
